Timeline.

1. Selection Committee provides the selection proposal to the Programme Board.
2. Programme Board makes decisions that the Programme Coordination Team (PCT) implements.
3. PCT communicates with Selection Committee and external evaluators.
4. Selection Committee appoints external evaluators.
5. Four Committees support the Programme Board in managing the key areas of the programme.
6. PCT provides administrative support for the Committees.
